Nominations Open: International Student Leadership Award

Nominations are now being accepted for the Winter 2022 ÎçÒ¹av International Student Leadership Award.

 

Presented in partnership with St. Thomas University Students’ Union and the International Student Office.

 

Terms of Reference:

 

We invite all students of the ÎçÒ¹av community to put forward nominations for the ÎçÒ¹av Winter 2022 International Student Leadership Award. This award will be given to a full-time student who has greatly contributed to St. Thomas University and/or the greater Fredericton area through leadership and community engagement during their time at ÎçÒ¹av.

 

A selection committee comprised of the International Student Coordinator, International Student Representative and International Academic Advisor will review the nominations. To protect the integrity of the decision making process, names of nominees will be removed. The selected student will be awarded a plaque with the recipient’s name engraved on it.

 

  • All nominees must be full-time students at St. Thomas University and meet a minimum requirement of a 3.0 GPA.
  • Each nomination must include a written statement (250 to maximum of 500 words) clearly demonstrating the contributions the nominee has made to the St. Thomas University and/or Fredericton communities outlining how the student exemplifies leadership and community engagement.
  • Each nomination must be supported by two other St. Thomas University students.

Please note that self-nominations will not be accepted.
